The Quran Mobile competition, an innovative initiative aimed at promoting Quranic engagement and empowerment in rural communities, is set to take place in Tali Community, Tolon District, on February 23, 2025.

Organized by Masjid Al Emaan and led by Alhaji Yussif Fuseini Amuda, the competition has already made a significant impact in Nyankpala and Savelugu, where the first and second editions were successfully held.

According to Alhaji Yussif Fuseini, the organizer and executive director, the initiative has three primary goals: increasing Quranic engagement, curbing social vices, and empowering rural communities.

“We want to encourage parents and children to develop a love for the Quran,” Alhaji Fuseini explained. “By promoting Quranic values and recitation, we hope to address social issues and provide opportunities for rural communities to participate and showcase their talents.”

The competition will feature community-based events, focusing on specific chapters of the Quran, including Juz’ Amma, Mulk, Mujaa Dila, and A’Laa. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners, providing an added incentive for participants.

The Quran Mobile competition has received widespread support from local leaders and community members, who see the initiative as a vital tool for promoting social change and empowerment.

The event is open to all members of the community, and organizers are encouraging everyone to participate and support the initiative.

Donations to support the Quran Mobile competition can be made by sending contributions to 0241403957 (Masjid Al Emaan).
